My process with film photography, as demonstrated in the project I am presenting below, is
highly precise and aims to capture the authenticity of what is recorded on the film after and before the
shot is taken, with a more critical and precise eye forced to slow down by the limited number of shots

I start with the
equipment for
capturing the
image on the film;
I use a bellows,
a vintage
macro lens,
and my
camera
to digitize
the image.

So I proceed with the “scan” to obtain a malleable RAW file that allows the beauty of the images to be rendered to the fullest.

After scanning all the images, the process moves to Lightroom, where I convert the negative adjust the colors to look natural, then creating the final result that you can find further down the page.

And this can be one of the final results, created using the images!

In this case, the photos were taken by
my grandfather in the late 1990s;
I selected and scanned over
400 slides to create this little book!
